Community Highlights: Meet Zoily Suarez of Ideal Pro Services IPS LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Zoily Suarez.

Hi Zoily, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I was born and raised in Barquisimeto, Venezuela, where I learned early on that discipline and perseverance are the foundation of success. Before entering the business and immigration world, I spent many years dedicated to Karate-Do Shotokan, earning a 2nd Dan black belt and proudly representing Venezuela in international championships. In addition to competing, I also taught karate to children and young adults, helping them develop discipline, confidence, and respect, values that have guided me throughout my life.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from UCLA (Universidad Centro Occidental Lisandro Alvarado). In 2015, I made one of the most transformative decisions of my life, emigrating to the United States. Like many immigrants, I arrived with dreams, determination, and a desire to build something meaningful.

In 2016, I began my career in the insurance industry, obtaining several licenses that allowed me to help families protect what matters most. As I worked closely with immigrant families, I realized many needed more than insurance, they needed guidance and support throughout their immigration journeys. That realization inspired me to deepen my knowledge by completing a Diploma in Immigration Assistance from San Ignacio University in Miami, FL, and a Certification in Human Rights from the U.S. Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights (USIDHR).

With that vision, I founded Ideal Pro Services (IPS) LLC, a company created to provide ideal services for the community, combining insurance, immigration support, and tax preparation in one trusted space. Through IPS, I assist clients with asylum, residency, citizenship, family petitions, waivers, F-1 student visas, and employment-based programs such as the EB-2 NIW, as well as tax filing and financial guidance.

Today, I also collaborate with a nonprofit organization that supports immigrants, helping connect them with educational resources and opportunities to rebuild their lives. Additionally, I work as a paralegal alongside an immigration attorney, applying my experience and dedication to real cases every day.

My journey has been one of faith, perseverance, and service. I started over in a new country with nothing but determination and today, I’m proud to help others build the future they once dreamed of, with integrity, compassion, and purpose guiding every step.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road has definitely not been smooth, but every challenge has shaped who I am today.
When I arrived in the United States, I didn’t have connections, resources, or even a full understanding of how to start over in a completely new system. Like many immigrants, I faced cultural and language barriers, financial uncertainty, and moments of deep doubt. There were days when everything felt overwhelming: studying, working, adapting, and trying to build credibility in a country where nobody knew my name.

One of my biggest ongoing challenges is balancing my responsibilities as a mother, a professional, and an entrepreneur while continuing to build something stable from the ground up. Yet every obstacle has become a lesson in resilience. I’ve learned to turn fear into motivation, to see failure as redirection, and to keep moving forward even when the path isn’t clear.

Today, when I look back, I’m grateful for every challenge, because each one pushed me to grow, to stay grounded in my purpose, and to never forget why I started. My story is proof that with faith, discipline, and hard work, every barrier can become an open door.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Ideal Pro Services (IPS) LLC was born from a simple but powerful vision, to create a place where people could find trustworthy guidance and real support for two of the most important aspects of life in the United States: immigration and financial stability.

At IPS, we provide a unique combination of services under one roof: immigration form preparation, insurance, and tax services. We help clients with asylum, residency, citizenship, family petitions, waivers, F-1 student visas, and employment-based programs such as the EB-2 NIW, as well as tax filing, ITIN applications, and insurance coverage.

What truly sets us apart is our commitment to integrity, transparency, and personalized care. Every case we handle is treated with respect and empathy, because we understand how challenging it can be to navigate complex processes in a new environment. My team and I take pride in guiding our clients step by step, ensuring they understand every part of their process and feel supported from beginning to end.

What I’m most proud of, brand-wise, is that IPS is not just a company, it’s a mission. We’ve built a space where people feel safe, heard, and valued. Our slogan, “Servicios Ideales para ti” (“Ideal Services for You”), perfectly reflects what we stand for: providing services that truly fit the needs and dreams of each person we serve.

To your readers, I’d like them to know that Ideal Pro Services is more than a business it’s a family helping families. Whether you need help preparing a form, protecting your loved ones through insurance, or filing your taxes with confidence, we are here to make the process easier, honest, and accessible.

Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
My biggest advice for anyone just starting out is don’t wait until everything feels perfect to begin. Perfection is an illusion that often keeps us from moving forward. Start with what you have, where you are, and trust that growth comes with time and consistency.

When I started, I thought I needed to have it all figured out, the right plan, the right timing, the right connections. But what I’ve learned is that courage is more powerful than certainty. Every small step, even the ones filled with doubt, brings you closer to your vision.

Also, surround yourself with people who believe in you and who lift you higher. The journey is not meant to be walked alone. Having a support system, whether it’s family, mentors, or friends makes all the difference.

And finally, remember your why. Challenges will come, and there will be moments when you feel like giving up. But when your purpose is clear, your path becomes stronger. Keep your faith, stay disciplined, and never forget that the dream that’s in your heart was placed there for a reason.
