Today we’d like to introduce you to Any Alves.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I’m a resident of Central Florida since 2007, with more than ten years of experience working with Real Estate. I’m from Brazil and moved to the US in 2006 because my husband was transferred. After a few years of dedicating my life to my family and my kids, I decided it was time to invest in my career since I love interacting with people, getting to know them, and making good friends. Real Estate was a perfect fit and I soon realized that this was my destiny and that making people’s dreams come true was the best thing I could ever do! No wonder almost all my clients become personal friends.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
My challenge is to work in the majority with foreign clients that are not physically present, especially during this time of the pandemic. Many times I have to visit the house and show them everything I am seeing from a distance, and that is not always easy. So sometimes I have to act also as a psychologist (laughs).
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am specialized in vacation homes and the Winter Garden and Windermere areas; however, as a lifelong resident of Central Florida, I know the entire Orlando market like the palm of my hand. I’m proud to be a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and help so many foreign buyers. My job is not just showing houses but to make sure that all my clients are happy and confident that they are doing the best possible deal.
