Today we’d like to introduce you to Brianna Colbert
Hi Brianna, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
As mentioned in previous interviews, my passion for cooking began as a child, watching my mother transform simple ingredients into delicious meals. My late brother and I would often cook together, and he would proudly claim to be ‘Emerald the Chef.’ After his passing, I continued to pursue my love for food, using it as a way to stay connected to him. Today, I am proud to be one of Orlando’s most sought-after celebrity chefs, serving the community I love.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Being an entrepreneur has certainly been a challenging journey. Balancing inflation, slow seasons, personal life, and difficult clients can be overwhelming at times. When the pressure builds, it’s important to step back, reconnect with God through prayer, and reset.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
What sets my company apart as a private chef is that I start with prayer. I pray before I take any client, I pray before I start, and I also pray with the families before they indulge. The Chef Bri Experience, LLC is a faith based driven company. I specialize in everything and I also do all parties such as reunions, graduations, private parties, brunches, corporate, divorce parties, and baby showers. I am most proud of the gift that God has given me. I can truly say that he himself blessed me with such creativity.
