Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Red Lion Media is a small business that builds websites for small businesses. We know more than most what it takes to run a small business and all the hats owners wear. Dealing with websites is one of the most challenging aspects of it all. It is so important to any business, brick and mortar or virtual, to have a well-constructed and designed website experience that performs well on mobile. The cost for a professional site is also a huge hurdle. What separates Red Lion Media is that we choose to work with the various website builders like Wix to build out sites, so at the end of the day, as an owner, you can feel comfortable updating the site yourself and no longer have to rely on an expensive and busy web developer to constantly update and maintain your WordPress site. We can build in a way that is easy and almost unbreakable so that updates are seamless. Also, we offer to maintain the sites and make edits with an array of pricing plans that will meet any level of edits and budget. With the site builders, business owners can build themselves, but there is still a tremendous amount of knowledge, experience, and best practices that need to be leveraged and followed in order for the sites to perform properly. So even though you COULD build one yourself… should you?

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Our path thus far has been fairly smooth! Like everyone else on the planet, the Pandemic slowed things down for a bit but ultimately game some businesses time to rethink their online presence. Once things started to emerge and clear just a bit, we got a lot of new work so that our clients would have a fresh new look when the world came back!

Getting true Fortune 500-level design experience for a small business website is unheard of. Having worked for a marketing agency for a decade with some of the biggest brands in the world provided a lifetime of experience in the real-world application of award-winning design principals.
Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
I was the musician kid that you all knew! I played drums from a very early age and if I was not playing drums, I was tapping on any and everything around me! Creative drive all my life
