Hi Eva , please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Eva Ivolga is a licensed Cosmetologist and a Founder of Orlandolushbrows.com and the Dr Of Beauty Salons (DoBS) with multiple employees trained by her. DoBS provides Para Medical Permanent Makeup (Micro Blading, Micro Needling, Skin Scar Camouflaging and Resurfacing, and Areola Restoration), Pro-Cell Treatments (Involving Stem Cell Therapy and Permanent Hair Grow Restoration). She is a Lash Extensions Trainer, and Owner of a Beauty Academy dedicated to improving the skills of fellow practitioners. She has also developed innovative tools and supplies for beauty industry. With more than a decade in the field Eva is highly requested for business coaching and scaling in beauty and bio hacking aka rejuvenating spas
With more than 12 years of experience in the cosmetology field and over 6 years in permanent make up and lash extensions Eva’s companies can provide a full range of the above services as well as semi-permanent facial make up and lash extensions, Hydralinfusion treatment for face, BB glow treatments, stretch marks resurfacing,brow hair regrow and many others.
Eva Ivolga is also a progressive trainer – where she performs personalized courses and coaching she is also teaching educational online platforms worldwide, such as Thinkific and Udemy.com. She thrives to help her industry and the beginners to improve their skills.
Eva Ivolga was teaching Philosophy and Culturology at an overseas university and was an intern where the study was dedicated to influence globalization to small cultures and nations. Upon moving to USA Eva finished Westside Tech college 1200 hours with a record time of 9 weeks in cosmetology program, and the same year started competing in OMC World Cup representing the USA team.
Eva now lives in Orlando and in her leisure time one of the things she is also helping and serving mission is serving domestic violence victims and young moms in difficult situations to start up their own small businesses based on personal skills and talents to be able to live an independent life, believe in themselves, and start toward financial security. When Eva is not working, she likes to study online, read motivational books and paint with soft pastels and sleep)))
Eva is the bright example, being a mom of 3 kids, full time employer and continually developing her own businesses that is living proof that everything is possible, when you believe in yourself or somebody believes in you!

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It’s been a challenge since day one ))
being an immigrant first generation and having zero knowledge in Business from the post Soviet Union country with a small child and two more kids brought to this world while building the business I can tell you 1000 stories and challenges I have placed through my journey, but I would never trade it for easier life though it was not the best experience in my life but it gave me my spirit strength , freedom and wisdom , and I am truly a believer that all I was facing was for a reason to be able to share the experience and make so many people‘s lives better and impact on that big level for so many females and people who seak that expertise so that would be a change in the long-term run Big things in the world .
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
Being in the beauty industry and advocating for the female s confidence and the boost of self-esteem, I believe that my art degree from arts school and passion about making each human being feeling better after my services. I put my heart on my soul into each treatment. I do survive through my dark times by feeling that one woman at a time I change the life because sometimes they are so self neglected or low or feeling not enough and their stories of abuse or bullying at school…. And I just have that unconditional love towards each patient and I see a true inner beauty in each patient. I take care of my lovely ladies it’s always an honor for me to be able with my skills and knowledge to create one alive masterpiece at a time
I can see in a few hours dramatic change and not only visual but also emotional, and I hope and pray every night that the changes I am able to give others are precious gifts for these people to transform and dramatically, improve the quality of their lives in all means.
