Today we’d like to introduce you to Fenky
Hi Fenky, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My background is in International Studies, which I completed in Caracas, Venezuela. However, my introduction to DJing started during my time in college when my peers and I frequently exchanged and curated music. One of my friends acquired a DJ console, which provided my first hands-on experience with the craft.
Initially, DJing was a casual activity at private gatherings, but over time, I began securing bookings at major venues in Caracas. As demand for performances increased, I transitioned from a hobbyist to a professional approach, refining my technical skills and industry knowledge to build a career in the field which led to starting my first professional producing course in 2015 which sparked my ambission, passion and love for music.
In 2017, due to the political situation in Venezuela, I relocated to Argentina, where I lived for seven years. During this time, I was exposed to new sounds and a different side of the electronic music scene. It was also where I launched my first business in event promotion, organizing my own parties. This venture gained support and recognition from key figures in the industry, allowing me to establish connections with major artists in the field.
In 2022, I was forced to return to Venezuela, but the political climate once again led me to leave—this time, I chose the United States as the next step in my career. Upon arriving, I continued building on my previous releases and industry connections, which allowed me to expand my reach. Partnering with PH Entertainment provided additional support in amplifying my work, helping me grow my audience and further establish myself within the scene. Through these efforts, I was able to share decks and open for major artists while continuing to strengthen my presence worldwide.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has definitely not been a smooth road. Like many life journeys, it’s been filled with highs and lows, moments of struggle, and rocky paths. However, each challenge has played a significant role in shaping me into a better person and a stronger artist. Along the way, I’ve encountered malicious individuals, experienced financial losses while organizing my own events, and dealt with situations where some promoters have taken advantage of me. I’ve made mistakes, lost friendships, and faced difficult decisions. Through it all, one of the toughest battles has been a mental one—learning to believe in myself and turn every “no” into a stepping stone, seeing it as a hidden “yes” or opportunity in disguise. It’s been about perseverance and growth, even in the face of adversity.

I’m a professional DJ and music producer, specializing in the electronic music scene, with a focus on the house music genre. My goal in every performance and production is to create an energetic, inclusive, and welcoming atmosphere. I want my audience to feel a deep connection to the music—whether it’s through dancing, letting go, or finding a moment of escape from whatever challenges they may be facing.
What sets me apart is the infusion of tropical influences and Latin rhythms in my productions. I incorporate these elements to bring a unique flavor to my sound, creating an experience that is not only sonically captivating but also emotionally uplifting. I’m most proud of the way my music resonates with listeners, providing them with joy, energy, and a sense of community through every beat.
What matters most to you? Why?
What matters most to me is my family—they are the foundation of my life and the most important part of everything I do. Equally important is sharing my music with the world. I believe my talent is a gift from God, and also one of the best things I know how to do; it would be selfish not to share this passion with others. Being able to connect with people through my music and make a positive impact is what drives me every day.
