Conversations with Khadeem George

Today we’d like to introduce you to Khadeem George.

Hi Khadeem, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers?
Man. So, I come from a background of being in the studio my whole life around my father Iwer George. He and my mom separated when I was two, but that was the start for me. The divorce took me down a road of trying to will my dream into existence by any means. To the point where I started to develop numerous mental illnesses. (Anxiety, Depression) A lot of which stemmed from pride, fear, and my ego. It brought me to this level of creation I’m at where I realize, music is a tool used to defeat these negative elements & hopefully destroy mental illnesses overall

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I got a few corrupt management stories; I’ve signed like 3 bad deals. A girl tried to put a baby on me 😂. But that’s the creation process, ‘twas the creation of Prince Apollo x

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I’m known for psychological hip hop. (That’s what I call it) 😂 or “Ms., Parker” but that’s psychological too. I’m known for out-of-this-world flows (Apollo) And I also live in my own world 🙂 (Apollo) Hip hop for people trying to access the rest of their minds (IYKYK)

Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
Have fun, and genuinely try to vibe with people, that “vibe” is the creative process itself. If it’s not gone go well, you’ll be able to feel it
