Hi Sophia, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My food blog started as a way for me to have something that was just for me. Being a mom of three, this was an all for em activity. The spoon pictures started because when we use to go out to eat, I would take a bite of my husband’s meal and get everything on the plate in one bite.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It’s been actually great; I’ve not had any issues or struggles. It’s been my way to relax and enjoy.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar, what can you tell them about what you do?
I take pictures of food. I specialize in local eats and restaurants. I also make up and develop my own recipes. I am most well known as the ‘Don’t mix it’ lady. I am the most proud of really sticking to what I love and making it the most unique blog.
Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
Most surprising for most people is that I am a full-time mom of three kids.
