Hi Tracy, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
My clients call me Lucille Ball meets the Dali Lama. I create a safe space for women to fully express who they are unapologetically from body to soul helping them to relax, enjoy life and create a legacy. I have over a decade of work in Massage, Energy Work, Yoga, Trauma Release Life Coaching, and Hormone Health Coaching. I ultimately blend all I do to create a customized experience in either packages or events.
Tracy’s Total Wellness services and programs help women who feel lost in who they are. Their body, mind, and spirit are suffering. They know self-care is needed, but don’t have the tools or resources to make it a part of their everyday life without feeling like they’re losing time for their responsibilities. Specializing in women who are Highly Sensitive, Empaths, and intuitive, Tracy’s Total Wellness promises you do have the time for YOU.

A dreaming comic actor turned wellness enthusiast. After college, I decided to head to massage school instead of acting grad school. My love and fascination with the human body and mindset kept my education going with certification in Hormone Health Coaching, Yoga, and Essential Oils. I bring my authentic self to all I do and have found my way back to the stage, speaking on stages and facilitating retreats.
What lit my passion for Tracy’s business was my challenges. Through hormone and health struggles, and professionals putting labels over listening, I made it my mission to hold a safe space for women to be truly heard. Once we feel heard, our challenges can be overcome and our dreams can come true.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Working with women that are struggling with some nights of the soul can be challenging. It can be scary to say you need help. And scarier to go receive support.
But, what I realized can be the deepest challenge is for us to take responsibility for our healing process, and then find support and healers that can partner with us. In a society of “quick fixes” we wish and hope working through trauma, mental health, grief, and identity work can be transformed in an instant. What the women that commit to work find out, is that the healing process connects us deeper to our purpose. And living in purpose = living in joy.
Through covid, I had to shift from mostly in-person work to virtual. Through creativity and determination, I was able to survive the shift and now we are revealing an elevated Tracy’s Total Wellness to support Highly Sensitive People and Empath to truly thrive. During the pandemic, I noticed how many people were struggling with fear-based energy that was depleting their self-esteem and mental well-being. Now, I have created a Sanctuary for Women to live their life to the highest potential.

Do you have any advice for those just starting?
To create your own unique business. Take what you’re taught with building a business but don’t lose your intuition and passions. If it lights you up there is a way to make your business profitable and fun.
