Conversations with Triston Thomas

Today we’d like to introduce you to Triston Thomas.

Hi Triston, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Well, Fargoszn came from a dream/vision I received when I was 7 years old. It was a 5-night dream where each night I just kept seeing the word “Fargoszn” on top of this skyscraper where everyone looked up to it. The whole world looked up to this name. And the meaning of Fargoszn is “A Lifestyle of Higher Living”.

So I wrote all this down in my composition book in my room at 7 years old and I always told myself “when I get the funds I need to make this come alive, I will”. Well on August 27th, 2017 (approximately 10 years later). I started up FargoSzn and it’s been going strong ever since. We specialize in all clothes but mostly hats because if you can surround your mind with that “Lifestyle of Higher Living”, then how can anyone stop you.

Everything was trial and error but with the right people by my side, that have the right ideas, we were able to do spectacular things in 4 years such as: Sell in all 50 states, working with major influencers, selling over 7,ooo products, and more. God, consistency, and determination are how we were able to make it this far.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It hasn’t been the prettiest road but I can say through each lesson it only made us stronger. Some of the struggles at times where finding the right material for the products.

So we became more knowledgeable in fabrics and percentages in fabrics to make sure we are putting out the right stuff to consumers. Another one was making sure we have the right content to display products. But again, everything is trial and error which will only help with growth.

Each lesson we came back 10x’s better and more knowledgeable to prevent anything in the future. You never stop learning so we just thank God, that we are able to bounce back from each lesson and continue to grow all together.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
So I have 3 fields that I work on and share my time in to continue perfecting my crafts and that is Football, Music, and Business. I play college football in Minnesota for Bethel University. Been playing football all my life and God willing through it all I am able to be at the highest level possible with it.

I am also an artist that goes by the name of “Trisket Fargo”. I have worked with EQ/Roc Nation on a couple of my latest projects and continue to work with major people in the industry. And then I am a business owner as well, so I put on many hats which I am the proudest of, that God gave me many talents where I can influence others and help others reach that higher calling.

I will say I am most known for that person that doesn’t stop and keeps going, pushing through obstacles and making sure I am always one step closer to what I am called to do in this world. Confidence, determination, and love all at once set me apart from others because through it all, I make sure I take care of the people that mean the most to me.

Alright, so to wrap up, is there anything else you’d like to share with us?
Continue going up and never stop until you reach that lifestyle of higher living. And even when you reach it (which you will) stay in that position and be consistent because not everyone can be you and that’s what makes you special.
