Today we’d like to introduce you to Andy Neal.
Hi Andy, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I’m from the UK, started selling Real Estate in 2000 before opening my own brokerage in 2009, which I sitill own. Moved to FL in 2017 and got my Real Estate license and have become one of the top 50 solo agents in central FL.
Live here with my wife and two boys.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Not at all. Moving to a new market is hard enough, but a new country is even harder. I had to learn everything about the US markets and build a business from scratch wth no contacts.

I sell residential real estate in central fl, from 100k apartments to mulit million dollar estates. I’m most proud to be recognised for the last 2 years running as one of central FL’s top 100 realtors, out of 26,000.
Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
I think it will get harder for agents that dont adapt to AI. Consumers, even t this early stage are using AI more and more to find the right agent for them. Its only the begining
