Today we’d like to introduce you to Bianca Tubbs
Hi Bianca, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My name is Bianca, and I’m a 29 year old local! I’m a single mother of a brilliant 3.5 year old girl, I work full time as a Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach, assisting people reach their maximum goals regarding anything from metabolism to overall general health, as well as strength training. In my free time, I try to get outdoors as much as possible and admire all that God put on this earth with us. My overall MO is to show others around me, by example, you ARE ABLE to defy the odds and enjoy the journey as well. It’s simple, not easy. God wouldn’t put you where you are right this second if he didn’t KNOW you were ready.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It has not been a smooth road whatsoever, and the financial freedom is scarce. However, my life today is beyond my wildest dreams as corny as that sounds. I strive to be better everyday, than I was the day before.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am a Level II NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach. I specialize in metabolic makeovers, and I am most known for my passion and gift to be able to take anybody no matter shape, size, etc. turn them into their dream shape. Overall health and appetite, in addition to daily life activities, all improve along the way of our journey. I am most proud of being in the field for less than six months, and people ask me daily if I am a bodybuilding competitor or have been an athlete my entire life. I personally just started working out about 11 months ago, and started to get more serious with it about six months ago when I decided to get certified as a trainer and nutrition coach
How do you think about luck?
When I was younger, I truly used to believe that I had very bad luck, even for a solid decade straight, I used to refer to myself as “bad luck Bianca “. While rebuilding my relationship with God, I realized that it’s not so much about luck, and more about what are you personally doing to help you achieve your goals; are you communicating constantly with the one who made you?
