Hi! I am Carolina, and I am excited to share my stories, experiences and passions with you. In this space, I invite you to join me on a personal journey, where I will share highlights of my life, learning and reflections.
My story is unique, like that of every person, and it is full of ups and downs, moments of joy and sadness, and decisions that have shaped who I am today. Through my stories, I hope to inspire you, make you laugh, move and, above all, feel connected to me.

“I feel deeply fortunate to have been able to establish such a special place in Tampa Bay as Lima Limón Peruvian Restaurant. After years of effort and dedication, I have managed to turn my dream into reality.
My path to success has not been easy, but thanks to my determination, focus, love and faith, I have been able to overcome obstacles and remain in a world as competitive as the restaurant industry. As a woman, I have faced additional challenges, but I have shown that with perseverance and passion, it is possible to achieve my goals.
Since I arrived in the United States, my main goal has been to have my own business. I have worked tirelessly to make it a reality, and today I can say that I am satisfied with what I have achieved. However, I know that it would not have been possible without the help of many people who have been by my side for the last 7 years.
I consider myself a woman with determination, positive and cheerful, but above all, with a lot of faith. God has been my guide and my strength at all times. Lima Limón is more than a Peruvian restaurant; it is a place full of stories and memories that have been made possible thanks to the acceptance and support of our clients.
My vision for the future is to continue growing and expanding Lima Limón elsewhere. I want to keep sharing our culture and our food with more people. As a Latina woman, I am proud to be an example to other women looking to follow their dreams.
My story is a testimony that, with determination and conviction, it is possible to achieve any goal. I am honoured to have been able to inspire other women and I hope to continue to be an example to them.

I am the proud owner of Lima Limón, a Peruvian food restaurant located in the heart of Tampa, Florida. With more than 6 years of experience in the industry, we have managed to create a welcoming and authentic space where our clients can enjoy the rich Peruvian cuisine. I am excited to share our passion for Peruvian food and culture with our community.
