Celia Cavalli is an Orlando-based Compass agent specializing in Luxury residential real estate. Her social media presence has grown to be a platform where her community feels very connected, educated, and entertained alongside her over the years. With an in-depth understanding of the market and a vast network, she can help clients locally and nationwide with her referral partners. Since 2019 Celia has grown her social media platforms to connect with clients worldwide, helping to match-make clients to their dream homes and help sellers sell their homes quickly and effectively. She’s termed the “Running Realtor” as her pastime hobby is running 5Ks and half marathons with aspirations to run the Boston or NYC marathon someday. With a passion for film and communication, she has curated a unique brand that stands out in the social media world, giving her a cutting-edge presence in the industry. The big vision is to grow an incredible community of incredible people who continue to support and grow together and, in that, continue to connect people and help them achieve their real estate goals and dreams.

We all face challenges, but would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Real estate is not how it appears on TV. There have been so many disappointments and hurdles along the way and heartbreaking moments, but there’s fostered a strength and passion for solving problems and mitigating them before they arise. Being in real estate is a learning process of managing people’s emotions, learning all the ins and outs of contracts and negotiations, growing a network of reliable professionals in parallel industries, and sharpening communication, so it’s crystal clear in every aspect of the transactions. Some of the biggest hurdles are often the best lessons. In real estate, learning from every transaction to move forward with wisdom for the future is the best way to feel confident and prepared for whatever life throws you. I always think about this quote: “If it were easy, everyone would do it.” I see hard things as challenges to overcome, making them more enjoyable.

Celia Cavalli has extensive knowledge in luxury sales and marketing, working with some of the world’s top companies while bringing her background knowledge to help her clients buy and sell their properties. Client experience is a huge factor in how Celia navigates her business, and she focuses on relationships first, which has created success in business. Her educational background includes Harvard Business School Online in Negotiation, Film & Editing courses, Sales and marketing training from Marie Forleo, and working with private mentors and coaches for branding and development.

Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
Always stay focused on why you began. Don’t let anything detour you from the end goal. Adapt and change when needed but always focus on why you started & never give up.
