Hi Chandler, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Crooz Coaching was started aboard the Royal Caribbean Wonder of the Seas. This trip on our founder’s birthday was the start of it all. He read a book called “The Way of Integrity”, by Martha Beck and completed the life coaching exercises in the book with his son. After he returned home, he was shocked that his anger and frustration turned to curiosity and resilience. Life coaching had transformed the way he thought and acted.
It became obvious that many people just need a bit of coaching to transform their life transitions into triumphs. The company mission is to help people stop hurting and start helping. It began as just an idea and has now blossomed to three employees and a handful of clients.
The Small Business Development Center, Institute of Veteran and Military Families, and American Corporate Partners have volunteered their time and resources to helping Crooz Coaching become a reality. Through coaching, instruction, and networking they have helped the company build a brand and infrastructure to scale. We plan to more than double the team and client portfolio in 2025 for Orlando and Florida travelers.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
There have been many challenges for Crooz Coaching along the way. The company struggled with marketing and sales during the recent hurricanes in Florida. We have found ways to adapt to changes in the market and weather in the future to better serve our customers.

Our customers are creative, resourceful, and whole. We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
My favorite memory is when I finally landed my own paper route. The feeling of owning my own future and having a purpose was new to me. It was exhilarating to have a routine and resources for the first time in my life.
