Today we’d like to introduce you to Cole Herringshaw
Hi Cole, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started my business in 2015 at the age of 14 with a push mower going house to house cutting lawns to save money for a truck. Nine years later and we have 20 employees filling 6 crews, 3 lawn maintenance crews, One landscaping, One hardscaping crew, a irrigation crew and still growing.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has been a long road to get here. a lot of struggles includes finding the right employees, managing cash flow and figuring out the right systems to put in place. Also being younger and managing grown men was a big struggle for me early on.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
We are a landscaping company that specializes in full detail lawn maintenance in the winter springs, oviedo, winter park casselberry, maitland and the avalon park area, Large scale landscaping installations/ HArdscaping installations, and irrigation repairs/ installation. We focus on top notch quality and takening care of all of our customers needs so its a one stop shop for them.
Do you any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
