Daily Inspiration: Meet Courtney Faith

Today we’d like to introduce you to Courtney Faith

Hi Courtney, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I’ve been on quite a journey, and it’s been a mix of big dreams, unexpected pivots, and a lot of heart. I started modeling at 15, working with prom and bridal companies and later freelancing throughout high school and college. Looking at my body back then, being labeled “plus size” felt so strange, but it also showed me how much the industry needed more representation. That’s where my passion for creating space for all body types really began.

After college, I went all-in on my creative side, earning a BFA in film and television from SCAD. Storytelling became a huge part of who I am, whether it’s through photos, videos, or social media content. Then, like so many others, the pandemic turned my world upside down and led me to content creation. What started as a fun outlet quickly grew into something bigger—a career where I could connect with an amazing community and partner with brands I love.

Now, as a curve model, content creator, and UGC specialist, I’m focused on inspiring confidence and self-love. For me, it’s about more than just pretty photos or videos; it’s about showing people that they’re enough exactly as they are. This journey has had its challenges, but every step has brought me closer to my purpose, and I couldn’t be more grateful for where I am today.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It hasn’t been a smooth road at all, but I think that’s what makes it so rewarding. I’ve been in this industry for a while now, and one of the biggest challenges has been learning how to handle being in the public eye. Whether it’s modeling or social media, it can feel like your life is under a microscope. No matter who you are or how “perfect” you try to be, there will always be people who don’t like you—and trust me, that’s not easy to deal with when you care deeply like I do.

Building tough skin has been a journey for me. At first, it was overwhelming—wondering if family, distant cousins, people from high school, or even total strangers were judging me. But the more it happened, the easier it got. I realized that their opinions weren’t my responsibility, and instead, I started focusing on the people who truly matter.

Anytime I feel that pressure creeping in, I remind myself of my “why.” It’s for the high school girl nervous to wear something bold or the new mom trying to love her body again. Knowing I can help someone feel confident or seen makes everything worth it. It’s not about me anymore—it’s about them.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I create content that inspires confidence and encourages people to embrace who they are. My work focuses on fashion, beauty, and body positivity, and I love showing how style can be a tool for self-expression and empowerment. I strive to keep things real—whether it’s sharing a new outfit, my favorite beauty finds, or the ups and downs of life, I want my audience to feel like they’re on this journey with me.

What I’m most proud of is the community I’ve built. Knowing that my content has helped someone feel good about themselves, that means everything to me.

What sets me apart is that I don’t just focus on the “perfect” moments. I’m not afraid to be vulnerable and share my challenges because I know that’s what creates real connections. My goal is always to remind people that they’re not alone and that they deserve to feel confident at any stage of life.

If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
Growing up, I was a little ball of energy with a huge imagination! I loved putting on “fashion shows” for my family, doodling on every surface I could find, and turning everyday moments into a performance. I was bubbly, outgoing, and probably way too chatty in school (sorry to my teachers!).

Because I moved around a lot, I never really had one solid group of friends. Instead, I was the social butterfly who floated between different groups, saying hi to everyone and sitting at all the tables in the lunchroom. I loved meeting new people, hearing their stories, and finding ways to connect, even if it was just for a moment.

Looking back, I think that’s where my love for creativity and connection began. I’ve always been someone who loves making others feel good—whether it was complimenting a friend or cheering someone up. Those early traits have shaped who I am today.

As a content creator, I get to bring that same energy into my work, connecting with people from all walks of life and building a community where everyone feels seen and celebrated. It’s funny how those little moments from childhood have turned into something so meaningful in my career now.
