Today we’d like to introduce you to Daniel Ferrer.
Daniel is a Latin recording artist that goes by the name ”Joniel The One”, who has worked with Grammy Award Winners and producers of Daddy Yankees greatest hit’s like ”Gasolina” DJ Urba & Rome, EarCandy “Wisin Y Yandel engineer, Rafi Mercenario” Daddy Yankees Live DJ, Impulse Ivy Queens Producer, Bori, EQ, Alex el Ecuatoriano both Annuel ”Real Hasta La Muerte” engineers. Daniel also has the great ability to produce instrumentals and scores due to his passion and love for music and entertainment. Daniel went to a technical college to get his audio engineering degree at the age of 17 and has worked in great companies such as I Heart as a content producer and manager in the Latin department.
Daniel also picked a few more skills, including directing, shooting and editing videos and also did commercials for hospitals, restaurants and many concerts in the Amway arena during in that period of time. Daniel also ran his media company called Overdoze Nation and worked on videos for artist, weddings, events, marketing, and branding with many main and local artist. He also wrote an ebook called ”Artista Se Libre” for the artist to know what to do in regards of protecting your music and royalties. Overdose Nation had collaborations with many great brands also like Johnny Walker, Sprite, Presidente and many more brands. Currently, he is Chief Media Officer for a Technology Corp called Wizlynk and manages more than 100 supermarkets. Daniel Works managing their media, marketing, SEO, and commercials. He is also in charge of creating the digital menu for all the TVs to show their products, commercials, etc.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There is always bumps in the road, and sometimes the future is not how you plan it, but staying consistent on something you love can only bring you success obviously if it’s something positive and can also bring you financial wealth because you have to be realistic and understand that life and the responsibilities that come with them are hard and you have to deal with many of them. For example, I would love to be a mainstream artist, but the sacrifices that I had to do in that period of time were not worth it, ”Even have a song with Ozuna” and I decided to do music for love and be behind the scenes where I charge an arm and a leg for what I do because I am really good at it and its a supply and demand field. But as the Main artist, you are in an investing field. So yes, you might take one or two unexpected curves in life, but if you’re in the field you love, possibilities are endless.

I’m a certified audio engineer, video director, editor, producer, marketing consultant, and a really good Manager. I’ve managed more than ten employees in the field and have 13 years of experience in the field.
I’m proud of all my abilities because pretty much I do not need anybody to make music, produce beats and scores, create videos, commercials, create a marketing strategy, collect the royalties the right way, managing a team and most of all being an asset in all the fields that I am part of. Having all those qualities and talents put in one person, I believe that’s pretty special.
What matters most to you? Why?
Family! It’s the only people who is going to really care about you! Your friends, if their not talking about how to improve, create a business, or how to make money and only talk about the party and non-productive topics, find yourself a new crew. Find people that are genuine, successful, and have an interest in helping you.
