Hi Don , thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Combat Veteran….almost 30 thirty years in the Navy….exclusively in ground roles….served worldwide and I’ve been to war twice and served in many arduous assignments.
Extensive business experience…..owned a chain of retail franchises. Real Estate Investor
Currently, I’m the host of: “All Business, No Bull Podcast” where we have frank discussions with (mostly local) entrepreneurs and business people regarding their story….their success trajectory.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No….lots of hard work along with mistakes and events such as systematic risks such as the 2007-2008 real estate market crash, along with other macro-economic events….totally unforeseeable that were “success obstacles” from which I/we learned how to properly deal with risk/reward. Nevertheless, we “failed” in an “upward direction”.

Currently, my real passion is my podcast All Business No Bull. We’re into our second year and we’re climbing…and growing…. in addition, we’ve recently stared to tap into a niche Brazilian Business community in Orlando with the simultaneous introduction of podcast interview in Portuguese with local Brazilian business….highlighting as well international connections and the overall immigrant experience with the American dream. I’m a polyglot….I speak several languages.
Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
Taking action….pulling the trigger. Due Diligence is very important….however, it should not lead someone to “spreadsheet” everything to death.
