Today we’d like to introduce you to Jorge Valencia.
Hi Jorge, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
It all started with my father when we came to Florida from New Jersey we lived in Miami.
Shortly we moved to Orlando where my father started working for someone and then started his own company me and my brother would work on the weekends and some days after school so construction is something that has been part of our lives since I can remember.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been easy as we had employees going behind our backs trying to get the jobs for a lot less but decided to include a non-compete clause on all our workers we started doing a lot of work for many years doing apartment complexes. Painting cleaning remodeling until we got into residential and commercial.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’ve done some acting work here in the US but mostly all in Colombia.
