Hi Josh, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’ve always been passionate about theme parks, travel, and great food, but I never expected to turn that passion into something bigger. It all started with me just sharing my honest thoughts on places I visited, whether it was a theme park experience, a hotel stay, or a meal that stood out (for better or worse). I think people connected with my raw, unfiltered take because it was refreshing in a space that can sometimes feel overly polished.
Over time, my content gained traction, and I expanded into more in depth reviews, collaborations, and even launched my podcast, In the Parks and Beyond. I also started Brutal Bites, a food-focused platform dedicated to real, no BS reviews. Now, I’m growing into new areas and launching into YouTube and TikTok to reach an even bigger audience. It’s been a wild ride, but at the core of everything I do, it’s about keeping things real and sharing experiences that people can trust.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Honestly, it hasn’t always been smooth. Like any journey, there have definitely been challenges. One of the biggest struggles was finding my voice and carving out a space in such a saturated market. Early on, it took me a while to get used to being on camera, and looking back, my earlier content was pretty awkward. I was figuring out my style, how to be natural on camera, and how to engage with my audience in an authentic way.
Another challenge was balancing content creation with everything else, keeping up with social media algorithms, managing multiple platforms, and staying consistent with high-quality content while juggling a full schedule. It’s a lot of behind-the-scenes work that people don’t always see.
But with every struggle, I’ve learned and grown. Each obstacle has just pushed me to be more creative and find new ways to engage with my audience. And honestly, the community that’s built around my content makes all the hard work worth it.

I focus on creating honest, raw content around travel, theme parks, food, and entertainment. I’m known for my unfiltered approach, which really resonates with my audience. Whether it’s a review of a theme park ride, a hotel stay, or a meal, I give my audience the truth good or bad without sugarcoating anything.
What sets me apart is my genuine connection with my community. I prioritize authenticity in everything I do, and I think that’s why my followers trust me. I’m not just showing the highlights; I’m sharing the full picture, which makes my content feel real and relatable.
I’m most proud of how I’ve grown my brand and community, as cliche as it sounds it’s like a family! The feedback I get from people who appreciate the honesty and transparency in my reviews keeps me motivated to keep pushing forward.
What matters most to you?
What matters most to me is authenticity and connection. I’ve always believed in being true to myself and sharing my real experiences, no matter how perfect (or imperfect) they might be. It’s important to me that my audience knows they can trust my opinions and that I’m not just telling them what they want to hear, but what’s actually worth their time or money.
Connection is a big part of that, too. The relationships I’ve built with my audience mean everything to me. Knowing that my content resonates with people and helps them make informed decisions or simply entertains them, it’s what keeps me motivated every day.
When I work with a brand or am hosted somewhere, the first thing I tell them is that I will be completely honest in my reviews. That level of transparency is what builds trust, and it’s something I’ll always stick to
