Hi Katiuska, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
A little girl from a third-world country, at a very young age, had a dream. She began by cutting paper dolls, creating formations, and envisioning her play amidst all that creativity. She developed a love for styling women’s hair, and she started doing the hair of friends and family. She had a vision: one day she would travel the world, teaching women how to look and feel beautiful, and how to style their own hair. The most amazing thing is that she didn’t speak English. An God always had good people around me to support my Dream short story
Twenty-seven years later, I am that woman who travels the globe, teaching women how to do their hair. I perform many places inspiring business Owners, I decide to developed my own hair care line, called Katiuska Hair Care. I visualize hair styling as more than just an aesthetic; it’s about changing lives. I learned that how you look influences how you feel, and how important it is to embrace who you are, not what others think. With every person I touch daily, I personalize every beauty detail, empowering them to enhance themselves in ways they once thought impossible. The journey shifted I opened two hair salons, named Katiuska Hair Gallery, in Lake County and Sumter County. With the vision to teach young Hair stylist that has love for people an want to have a career and not just a job we proudly opened for 10 years, in our second location we have been 2 years providing services to our community Happy to said that I have license to change peoples Life
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
I didn’t speak the language it was Really hard, my language is Spanish an till this day i struggle but I don’t let stop me
