Daily Inspiration: Meet Loni Pfeil

Today we’d like to introduce you to Loni Pfeil

Hi Loni , so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I got started in the early 2000’s as a personal trainer in my local town gym. I really loved helping people and I found that changing lives was exactly what gave me purpose. To see people happy, strong, and healthy! I felt it empowering that I could change my own physique as well. I Believe that the strength we create in the gym, carries with us in every aspect of our lives. Later on, In 2011 I moved to Nashville and got a job at a large chain gym in an assistant management position, running the personal training departments. From there, I took over the main management position and they eventually moved me to larger in gym in North Carolina. The regional manger of the company (months later) then moved me to Cincinnati to run my own department. I became burnt out and decided that I wanted more from life and to do it MY OWN way. So, In late 2016 I created LoniMichelle.com with all of the knowledge I had gained from my corporate life. 2016 was one of the toughest years of my life but, that is exactly what pushed me to create my business. I always try to coach people in this manner, when they are going through a hard time. I try to help them find the beauty in it and PUSH themselves to higher limits. To use their pain as FUEL. Today, we are still going STRONG here at LoniMichelle.com. My passion will always be sharing health and wellness/Fitness!

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No it was never a smooth road. TONS of learning and very long hours. When I was working a personal trainer and then moved to different States into management, I was on the floor from 5am sometimes to 8-10pm and occasionally I would work a Sunday too… with only a small break in there to workout. I would eat quickly in between clients. I was exhausted and my whole body ached. I just kept reminding myself that it would all pay off and to just keep pushing forward. In 2016 I went through a horrible, very public breakup but, thats when I created LoniMichelle.com only making 10k my first year. I was determined and consistent though and it’s paid off. I have maintained my business working by both my parents hospital beds and going through things that people would never believed were so bad. This is why I tell people who are struggling that THEY CAN DO ANYTHING. Today both parents are well and thriving! No matter what we go through, we can not give up.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I am an online/In person Health and Fitness coach. I specialize in nutrition and helping people live better lives all around. I am most proud of the fact that I was able to leave the corporate world and per-sure my dream of helping others but, doing it MY WAY. I am most known for how much I care I think because, I am told that a lot. Im very proud that people can sense that as well. It fulfills me. I think this is also what separates me from the rest. It’s sad to me to a lot of health and fitness “professionals” online, just take peoples money and simply do not care to give them individual attention. I believe that our health and fitness journey is much more than just handing out a plan… it takes mental and mindset coaching as well to really help people on a deeper level be successful for life.

What’s next?
My plans for the future are simple… To help even more people become healthy!
