Daily Inspiration: Meet Luis Bermudez

Today we’d like to introduce you to Luis Bermudez.

Hi Luis , so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I (Luis Bermudez) got started in the Event business in 2016 as a Dish Washer for a wedding venue and between 2016-2018 I worked my way up to the General Manager Position. After a series of unfortunate events I left the event business and took a break. During the Pandemic, I realize my passion was in fact creating and being a part of beautiful events and so Simply Perfect Event and Rental Studio was founded in 2021 after a few years hiatus from the event and rental business scene. We’ve been bringing the best selection of affordability, simplicity, and extravagance to Events in the Central Florida Area. Along with a multitude of Event Services from Event Planning and Designing, we also offer a wide variety of rental products to fit your every need. Our business name has become synonymous with quality. We do our best to ensure a wide selection to fit every budget. We’re driven by our dedication to providing the best customer service in the industry.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
With starting a small business and/or a new business is such a dominated field a lot of the struggle has been getting our name out there. Though we have the experience it has been slow garnering a larger audience. I myself believe that in due time and with patience our time will come. Aside for exposure, it has been pretty pricey. Who knew about all the little things you have to pay for the bigger picture. Though it has been pricey we have been able to maintain and continue on through all adversity we’ve experienced.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
Simply Perfect specializes in creating the event of your dream without breaking your budget. We believe that everyone deserves a Perfect Day (event). We offer a variety of Event & Design services that is catered to the need of your event. With that, we also offer an entire Rental Gallery, Were we offer things like bounce houses, Cotton candy, popcorn, Linens, Tables, Party Lights, centerpieces, etc. So even if you can’t afford the Event Services you can still have access to all of the extravagant things we offer.

We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
I define success in the memories we create as people. When all is said and done and we lay our heads at night all we have our the memories created. And through that Simply Perfect defines success as the positive impact we make on each other as well and more importantly on our Family (Customers and Guests).
