Today we’d like to introduce you to Luis Colon.
Hi Luis, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I grew up in the real estate business with my dad who is Realtor with 38 years of experience in Puerto Rico, looking at him how he handled real estate investments and helping a lot of people. I moved to Florida and got my MLO license, I was offered the opportunity to be in a Mortgage Company, learned different ways to do the lending business until I found my way of how to do better in order to help other loan officers. I was promoted to Operation Manager creating a good team of loan officers.
I moved to my current Mortgage Company – Geneva Financial LLC as a Branch Manager, I created my own team providing the only way I do business which is an excellent customer service to our clients and realtors partners.
Our success in 2024 was a great year showing results with a position of a Top 10 companywide in all USA, in units and volume as a Branch Top producer.
I’m grateful for the trust of our clients and partners for doing business with us.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?

I help clients to get the best mortgage loan product that fit their needs. As a Branch Manager my priority is to provide a great customer service to our clients.
One of the best part of my career is how I can help my team, supporting and teaching them to do better.
