Today we’d like to introduce you to Pierre Britt. Them and their team share their story with us below:
Pierre Britt, Brazilian, was born in 1982, in the city of Barra de São Francisco in the state of Espírito Santo, the son of a teacher and a salesman. I started showing special talents in art as a child. I always caught the attention of my teachers through my drawings and colors. And without any training, my art was recognized by the National Academy of Fine Arts ANAP and my work was exhibited at the Carroussel du Louvre- Paris 2011, Since then my artistic work has not stopped, I have exhibited in several salons around the world and today, I live a great dream and challenge that is to insert my art in American culture
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It was a long and painful journey, I confess. Moving is a really challenging task, you don’t follow the life you had in your home country. You have to learn all over again and absorb new cultures and realities, you have to renounce complacency and be open to transformations.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’m a plastic artist and interior design. Today I dedicate myself a lot to art, this is my gift and I am extremely grateful for being able to live it. I’m looking for more learning in sculptures, I want to take my art out of the canvas and also assign new elements to it.
I am very proud of the result of my work in the United States, I see that I am touching people in a different way, and this is my goal to show an art that makes a difference, that makes the observer transport himself to a safe and happy place.
My art is extremely colorful and vibrant and my color palette is always dedicated to stimulating feelings and sensations that lead to good energies.
