Hi Richard, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself
Hello, my name is Richard Alvarez and I am a 32 years old Puerto Rican man living in Orlando Florida since 2016. Today I will tell you the story of How I opened my own company and everything that led up to that. I was going through a very difficult time in my life, I needed more money than I was making and I also wanted to help my family and I wanted my situation to get better. I also felt like I had worked for other people my whole life and I wanted that to change. So I decided the only way things were gonna get better was if I started my own company.
I started going around asking people in business what type of business I could start and a lot of people said that Orlando was a very touristic destination so I developed the interest to start a car rental business. I started doing my own research and I got all the documentation that I needed I also invested all the money that I had and then with the help of my partner we began operations as Good Way Car Rental. So far things have been good; we have faced some challenges, but overall, the work that we put into this is paying off. We are growing fast and hope for even greater things in the future. Now I just want to leave all the Readers with this message, if you want to achieve something in your life it’s never too late to start doing something towards that goal. Whatever you want you can get as long as you’re willing to put in the work.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
It has definitely not been as smooth as people might think I don’t think anything in life is achieved that easily when you want something you really have to work to get it so of course, we may have had some challenges in our path to be successful: trying to get all of the requirements to start the company, a very slow beginning and then competing against the biggest companies in the world in this industry; to name a few. But at the end of the day we know, that the struggle, the work and the sacrifices we make will all be worth it.

I opened a car rental business I would say that I specialize in many things I’m very good with business,, I’m a handyman I know about technology, mechanic, cars, I’m also very organized, responsible and I feel like all of these qualities are what sets me apart from the rest. whenever I want something I go for it with all my heart.
What matters most to you? Why?
I would definitely say that my family is the most important thing to me everything I do I don’t only do it for myself up for my family and to be able to help them and provide for them.
