Sarah , we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Being in the crafting industry for so long, we wanted to be a safe space, a community and a trusted supplier for crafters and business owners like myself. It’s not always easy to access accurate information with someone not just trying to sell you materials and send you on your way. We truly want to be a source for help and growth with reliable and trusted brands in the market. We’ve started providing hands on help, tutorials and now starting in person classes. We’re excited to see everyone grow and craft!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
In business I believe there are sacrifices that need to be made to be successful. So to say that being a business owner is an easy or smooth road would be a far truth. Is it hard? Absolutely, but is it worth seeing the success that we have worked hard to create? Yes, a hundred times over. We started out in South Florida we relocated to Leesburg back in 2019 right before Covid. We’re blessed to have stayed open and growing through the experience and to have our community to thank for supporting us! While the industries are constantly changing and new products and processes are being debuted daily, it’s a constant challenge we’re up for. To learn new things, undergo training and be sharp in our specialized market is extremely important in our field.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
While there may be tons of craft stores, ours is a unique one that sets us apart from the others. If you have a vinyl cutting machine or plotter our store caters to small business owners and crafters alike! With Thousands of color options and lengths, endless patters and embellishments, and new products arriving daily, we ensure something new all the time. We’re excited to be able to offer in person classes starting in September to allow new crafters the chance to learn their Cricut Craft Cutters or Sublimation Printers. We also offer custom printing for local businesses in the area and ship world wide. And while again there are craft store out there, it is truly out top priority to make sure our customers are receiving top of the line customer service and help along the way with their purchase supporting our business. Every customer is important to us and we look forward to helping and watching you grow in your crafting journey!
