Today we’d like to introduce you to Sasha Espada.
Hi Sasha, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
One can say, I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit. During my climb in corporate America, I have always looked for ways to start my own business and was continuously on a path, looking for what industry made the most sense for me and tying that to various passions.
My husband and I would travel each year, and friends and family would always tag along for the experience of travel. It’s at that point we decided to turn our love for travel into a business.
Our desire to curate destination events started with Valentine’s group back in 2014 with 11 couples, we’ve expanded since then, to assist thousands of individuals to travel around the world and also business owners curate their own Destination Events.
As we mark our 8th year in business, we have just successfully concluded a recent group for a fellow business owner with a guest list of 242 people. We are truly excited about the future.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
As of recent, COVID has been the most intense and makes everything we’ve endured over the past 7 years seem like a mustard seed.
Our travel business flatlined in 2020 and with the travel industry being one of the most impacted fields, the biggest thing that kept us going was keeping all of our goals and dreams alive.
Letting our clients know that we are here for them as well, as they too, had life happening kept the positive enforcement for all of us.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
One of our most cherished groups that we personally headline is the ROYAL VISION VOYAGE.
This event is centered around empowering and uplifting women and a few good men, of various backgrounds and career choices as a way to inspire more individuals to network and play a more supportive role in each other’s lives and or businesses, all while building strong relationships. We take our attendees from the walls of their corporate offices and their business environment and turn various parts of the world into our very own ultimate networking and empowerment experience.
We’ve been able to penetrate major markets, which include but are not limited to Florida, Atlanta, Chicago as well as New York. Our diverse group of attendees includes predominantly women of many backgrounds. These include corporate climbers and professional business owners. Our last event concluded with 147 women and men from all walks of life that ventured out with us.
The ESPADA EXPERIENCE takes on a whole new life and meaning on it’s own,RoyaL Vision Voyage has allowed us to master the art of destination events. We have officially expanded our agency to not only offer personal travel requests for our clients, but to aid fellow business owners with the tools and resources, they need to put on their own successful events, thus expanding on their existing clientele all while adding additional revenue to their portfolio. Our hands-on attention to detail as well and personalized customer service is what we take pride in.We are truly excited about the future.
