Today we’d like to introduce you to Seth Farley.
Hi Seth, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Four Hats, One Mission
First and foremost, I want to thank my parents. They didn’t just raise me—they built the foundation of who I am. From them, I learned grit, gratitude, and how to lead with character. I especially want to thank my wife, who has supported me unconditionally through every chapter, especially as I’ve found my footing in real estate.
But if you really want to know my story, here it is: I’m not just one thing—I’m four. I’m an educator, a coach, a realtor, and a marketer.
My journey started on the baseball diamond. I played from t-ball all the way through college, and after graduation, I spent seven incredible years coaching travel baseball alongside my dad. We built championship teams, mentored young athletes, and created a bond that only comes from shared purpose and a relentless drive to win. My dad—a Marine—instilled in me the values of structure, discipline, teamwork, and communication. These aren’t just words I throw around—they’re the principles I live by, both in business and in life.
Alongside my love for baseball, I pursued a career in education. I’ve taught high school art and kindergarten—two extremes, each requiring a unique kind of patience, creativity, and heart. Teaching taught me how to connect, how to simplify the complex, and how to truly listen. And I’ve never stopped educating. Even now, I still give private baseball lessons every week, helping young athletes grow on and off the field. Teaching keeps me sharp. It keeps me curious. And it reminds me that we’re all students, always learning.
Then there’s marketing—the creative force that runs through everything I do. I’ve spent over a decade honing my skills in marketing, with the last five years deeply rooted in real estate. Four of those years have been spent as the marketing specialist for my current brokerage, helping agents shine and listings stand out. Marketing isn’t just a tool for me—it’s my ace in the hole. I live for crafting fresh content and unique campaigns that cut through the noise.
And now, I’m wearing my newest hat: realtor. Compared to others, I may be newer to the game. But I don’t see that as a disadvantage—I see it as fuel. I bring energy, creativity, and hustle that doesn’t quit. What I may lack in years of selling homes, I more than make up for with a winning mindset, real-world experience, and a relentless work ethic.
Coaching taught me how to motivate. Teaching taught me how to communicate. Marketing taught me how to connect. And real estate? Real estate taught me how to bring it all together. Every client is different, and every home tells a story. My job is to understand both—and then execute a game plan that gets results.
I’m building a real estate business that’s personal, intentional, and built on trust. I want people to feel seen, heard, and taken care of. And I’m just getting started.
This is who I am: a strategist, a teammate, a creator, a competitor. I play to win, but I do it with integrity. I believe in showing up, pushing forward, and doing the work that others won’t.
Four hats. One mission: To serve, educate, and elevate everyone I work with.
Let’s build something great—together.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No road worth traveling is ever easy. I’ve faced my fair share of challenges, but I’ve been incredibly blessed with the kind of support many only dream of. My parents—my foundation—instilled in me the values that have carried me through the toughest moments. Their strength, love, and belief in me gave me the tools to grow through adversity rather than be crushed by it.
And then there’s my wife—my rock, my reason. We met during one of the darkest seasons of my life. I was broke, depressed, and barely holding it together. But she saw past all of that. She saw me—the real me—and chose to love me anyway. Her love wasn’t conditional. It was steady, healing, and powerful. She helped pull me out of that place, and she’s never let go of my hand since.
Through every struggle and every success, she’s been by my side, reminding me of my worth and keeping me grounded in my purpose. Her support, along with the foundation my parents gave me, has been the fuel behind my motivation to build something better—for myself, and for the family we’re building for the future.
I wouldn’t be who I am today without them. And because of them, I wake up every day with the drive to make it all count.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
At my core, I’m a marketer who happens to sell real estate.
With over a decade of marketing experience, I developed campaigns, crafted content, and built branding strategies that elevated agents and listings alike. I’m known for thinking outside the box, creating fresh and authentic content, and understanding how to capture attention in today’s fast-paced digital world.
What sets me apart is that marketing isn’t just a skill—it’s my edge. It’s how I serve my clients better. I don’t just list homes—I build strategic plans around each one, showcasing them with intention, creativity, and precision. I understand buyer psychology, visual storytelling, and the power of brand, and I bring all of that into every transaction.
I’m most proud of how I’ve combined my background in coaching, education, and marketing to build a real estate business that’s professional, real, and relationship-driven. I know I don’t have decades of experience as a realtor, but I bring hustle, heart, and a modern marketing mindset that many seasoned agents haven’t yet embraced. I don’t just follow the trends—I help create them.
Every day, I work to give my clients an experience that feels personalized, forward-thinking, and results-driven. That’s what I do. That’s what I love.
How do you think about happiness?
What makes me happy? It’s simple—seeing the people I care about thrive.
At the top of that list is my wife. Making her happy, seeing her smile, and knowing she feels loved and supported—that brings me a level of joy nothing else can match. She’s stood by me through some of my lowest moments, loving me unconditionally when I had very little to offer. So now, everything I do—every goal I chase—is rooted in giving her the life she deserves.
Professionally, nothing compares to the feeling I get when a client walks away genuinely happy with their experience. Real estate can be overwhelming, but when I can make that journey feel smooth, exciting, and empowering—when they feel seen, heard, and taken care of from start to finish—that’s the win for me. I pride myself on creating a high-quality user experience, one that’s built on trust, creativity, and communication. That’s where my background in marketing and education comes in—I know how to connect, how to listen, and how to execute with excellence.
And then there’s coaching. Watching a kid transform—watching their confidence grow, their skills sharpen, and their mindset shift into that “I can do this” mentality—that’s a different kind of reward. It’s powerful. Mentoring through sports has taught me how to guide others not just in the game, but in life. Seeing them become the best version of themselves? That’s what keeps me coming back every week.
So whether it’s building a strong home life, creating exceptional client experiences, or mentoring young athletes—what makes me happy is helping others reach their potential and feel valued along the way.
