Today we’d like to introduce you to Yaritza Srichaiyan.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My name is Yaritza Srichaiyan! I’m a Realtor, wife, mom of two (Aria-5 & Brayden-3), and a native Orlando girl who’s always up for baking parties, flowers, and watching a Friends marathon!
I graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors’ in Event Management. Shortly after graduating from UCF, I landed a management role at the “happiest place on earth”, Walt Disney World. I loved the 10 magical years that I created magic there however, after deciding to start a family I became a realtor.
I’ve been a realtor for about five years now serving the Central Florida area. I absolutely love my job as a realtor because I truly believe “you bloom where you are planted.” Finding a home where families can bloom & thrive is my mission. I love being part of a community, being the local expert, and loving my customers is what sets me apart from others within the industry.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Starting my business and launching my career has been one that I have dedicated many hours to. From building the mission behind my branding, the colors, the marketing, and learning how to run a business as an entrepreneur. I took many classes and listened to endless podcasts to really learn and teach myself the business.
I struggled with the consistent need to be perfect. However, soon realized that I only can get better by learning from my mistakes and continuing to ask others questions, and getting real-life experiences.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
As a Realtor, I genuinely believe in and work with integrity, transparency, and loyalty. I’m a Realtor who’s always thinking three steps ahead, engaged 24/7 on your behalf, and looking out for your best interests, those real estate dreams will become a reality.
That’s why my mission is to deliver an all-inclusive experience that simplifies the home buying and selling process and is done with love, style, and grace. As your Realtor, I am wholeheartedly dedicated to making your real estate dreams come true while fully believing that a home is where dreams can blossom.
Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
I’ve had numerous supporters along this journey! Most importantly would be my husband, Patrick Srichaiyan. He has been my #1 supporter from the beginning. He always encourages me to be the best and makes me think outside the box. Patrick also shares his wealth of knowledge as a professional in this industry as well. He is a Sr. Mortgage Lender with Waterstone Mortgage, Winter Park Office. He keeps me up to date with any financial trends in the market and lets me understand the lending side of the transaction.
I would also have to say another supporter of my business is Christopher Winn, Keller Williams Advantage II. Chris has truly been an agent that has taken the time to share with me the foundation of starting a real estate business. He has always encouraged me and shared much of his experience and what has lead him to his success. He also has been a great partner to do business with!
I also have to say my family and sphere of friends that continue to support me and trust me to assist them along their own real estate journey.
