Hi Carol, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’m originally from São Paulo, Brazil and resided in the United States for over a decade. I have over ten years of experience in business as an entrepreneur in Orlando and Miami. I opened a sushi restaurant – that became very popular – in Miami in 2010, where I lived for almost ten years and took my Real Estate license and decided to challenge myself and moved to Orlando in 2017 to focus on my Realtor career. My strong networking acquired during these years with my restaurant and being known for my unrivaled reputation with a relentless work ethic and history of successful entrepreneurship has allowed me to acquire numerous contacts and connexions that are vital to the successful transaction of Luxury Real Estate. With a background in marketing and a specialist in customer services, I targeted my clientele and earned their trust. My list of prestigious clientele includes celebrities, actors, musicians, sports figures and prominent business leaders. I also partnered with a childhood friend and founded a Luxury Real Estate Team. Today I couldn’t be happier with the results of the decisions I’ve made and for having the courage to take the chances I took and starting a new career in another city – out of my comfort zone. I always believed everyone is capable of whatever they want – They need to work hard and go for it.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It’s never smooth. If someone says it’s always smooth, they are lying. Everything in our lives has a moment of stress. It wasn’t easy for me to step out from the front of the house abs image of my restaurant to become a real estate agent. I needed to study a lot, learn about the market, listen, observe, and prove to myself and to my clients that I was capable of doing it. I still learn every day, with every client in every new transaction and there’s still so much to learn… I love it!!!

I’m a Luxury Real Estate Agent specialized in luxury properties. I love working with people and getting to know them, their history’s and helping them to make the right decision in the smoothest way. It can be when buying their dream home or selling their properties. I’m known for my unrivaled reputation with a relentless work ethic, persistence and history of a successful businesswoman. I believe there are great professionals out there and what sets one apart from the others is their passion for what they do, being themselves, being truthful with them and their clients and learning to listen to what the client wants. I’m proud and honored to be renowned in such a competitive market with amazing professionals in such a short time. A potential client told me the other day that he wanted to meet me in person to find a way to work together because I’m a go getter – a mover and shaker. I laughed and said thank you to him and thought… I guess I am, lol
How do you think about luck?
I was lucky to be present at places I was where I grabbed the opportunities to be where I am now. I believe in lucky, but luck without actions takes you nowhere. I believe in hard work.
