Meet Alex Luciano

Today we’d like to introduce you to Alex Luciano. Them and their team share their story with us below:

Virtually Luciano was originally founded by Alex Luciano in late 2019 as a way to work from home while taking care of her firstborn child Sebastian. VL was originally set up to serve business owners that needed Administrative work tasks complete and Social Media Management. For the prior three years, Rich was working a desk job away from home 10 hours a day, five days a week. Come March 2020. Rich was laid off from his Marketing Director position for a local Orlando homebuilder.

After some motivational talks and encouragement from Alex, Rich embraced the opportunity, combined his 15 years of marketing experience with Alex’s, and both restructured the business services to meet the challenges small business owners were about to face through a pandemic and in the future. Alex and Rich both knew there was a way they could help others and themselves through their experience in digital marketing and by being the genuine and honest people they’ve always been. They set out to provide a boutique level of service that you wouldn’t find in big agencies. The world was about to change, and so it did!

The business grew quickly in the first year! It has its challenges as any new business does, but it is liberating and rewarding being able to take care of Sebastian, work remotely from anywhere we desire, and be the entrepreneurs we always dreamed about, all while helping other small businesses grow and get to where they want to be.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Business ownership is much more challenging than working a normal 9-5. Separating private life from work life is not easy when everything is at home. Creating a work schedule around an active 2-year-old while meeting project deadlines. Discipline and limiting daily distractions.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We specialize in Social Media Management, SEO, PPC, and Website Management. What sets us apart from others is our boutique level of service, immediate response time, and always going the extra mile for our clients. We utilize the best platforms that help us automate and minimize our daily tasks.

We are most proud of our word-of-mouth advertising, clients using multiple services, and being able to adapt to each of our client’s specific needs. We want your readers to know that their goals are our priority.

Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out?
It’s okay to start your business if you don’t necessarily have everything already figured out. Just like being a parent, there are some things you have to learn along the way (good and bad). Learn from your mistakes and keep moving forward. Don’t let your lack of experience as a business owner get in the way of your passion. The risks can be scary, but the rewards are much more satisfying once you start seeing your business make an impact around you. Follow your passion and stand by your business model. Your business will take time to grow into its true form. Be patient.
