Our passion for weddings began at different times but ultimately brought us together. Camilla discovered her love for wedding design over 30 years ago when she had the opportunity to design her first event. Kayla found her passion while planning her own wedding, which sparked a deeper interest in the industry.

Like most entrepreneurial journeys, it hasn’t always been a smooth road — but every challenge has shaped us into the business we are today. In the wedding and event industry, no two days are the same, and that unpredictability has taught us how to stay adaptable, solution-driven, and resilient.
One of our biggest early challenges was learning how to scale. As demand grew, we had to build systems, hire and train a team, and move into a much larger warehouse — all while still giving every client the personal attention they deserve. Balancing growth with consistency wasn’t always easy, but it pushed us to raise our standards and refine our processes.
We’ve also navigated the behind-the-scenes challenges that clients rarely see: long hours, unexpected weather, supply chain delays, and the pressure of delivering perfection on someone’s most important day. Through all of it, our shared mindset has been to show up, problem-solve quickly, and support each other.
Looking back, those struggles have been some of our greatest opportunities. They’ve strengthened our partnership, sharpened our skills, and reinforced our belief in the work we do. Something that often surprises people is just how much of our story has been built on pure grit, long hours, and a genuine passion for what we do. People see our polished events and growing brand, but they don’t always realize how deeply hands-on we’ve been — and still are.
Most people don’t know that Camilla also helps run a construction company during the day. Even with that demanding schedule, weddings have always been her true passion. That passion is what inspired her to open the doors to this business with Kayla, and it’s the same passion that keeps us pushing forward today.
And while we now have multiple businesses, a 10,000-square-foot warehouse, and an incredible team behind us, we still operate with the same heart we had when it was just the two of us working out of a Dunkin’ Donuts. We handled everything ourselves back then — client meetings, loading trucks, ironing linens, designing floor plans — and we still carry that same work ethic and personal touch into every event.
What people may not realize is that no matter how much we’ve grown, every couple still feels just as special to us as they did in those early days.
