Hi Christian, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Hi I’m Christian Rodriguez, owner of CR Therapeutics, a mobile massage company. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist that has been practicing massage and bodywork for over ten years. My story begins back when my father was sick with cancer. I wanted to do more to help him once he became physically too weak to walk or talk. I fell in love with the field of therapy while seeing the therapists that were working with him and the passion they had. They started to teach me little things here and there that I could do when they were not available to assist. Ever since then, I wanted to help my dad and others that were in similar situations and spread my passion of healthcare in everything that I did.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has not always been easy as a massage therapist. Most people think “massage therapy” and see it as a luxury instead of a necessity. Getting a massage to improve your overall wellness is needed in everyone’s daily lifestyle, whether it be once a week or once a month. Therefore, through the work I have been doing and the people I have worked with thus far, I aim to change mindsets about the massage therapy world. It is extremely important to treat yourself in order to live a healthier lifestyle.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist that has been practicing massage and bodywork for over ten years. My clients range from needing treatment work to a relaxation massage. I have worked on Pre-Op and Post-Op clients, professional athletes with injuries, clients with physical limitations, pregnant women and others ranging from young adults to elderly. No matter what variety of therapeutic mobile massage you seek, I will listen to your needs and deliver the right massage for you.
My primary services include in Swedish massage, deep tissue, cupping, sports massage, scraping, stretching, and more.
I am currently mobile and provide a full range of massage services in and around the Orlando area.
What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
I just moved to the Altamonte Springs area about 3 months ago so I can not really say what I like or dislike just yet. It is a great place to live and everyone is really nice. I definitely enjoy being so close to Disney World being that I am extremely nerdy and love Star Wars. Epcot is one of my favorite parks because I enjoy food and eating all the things they have to offer. I have lived in Miami all my life until recently and I thought it was a good time to start my life somewhere new.
