Hi Dominique, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Hello Beautiful People! My name is Dominique, and I am immensely gratified for the opportunity to share a little about me. I am a mother to my loving Young Lady, Licensed Real Estate Agent and proud Owner of Uniquely Crowned Enterprises LLC. Uniquely Crowned is committed to women empowerment and partnering with women to help them become the best versions of themselves, spiritually, emotionally, physically, financially, and mentally all while fostering healthy-loving relationships-beginning with self.
I was raised in Hawthorne, a small town just east of Gainesville, FL. After moving to Orlando in 2007, I graduated from Valencia College and begin my career in banking and finance. I then transitioned into my real estate career in 2015. I enjoy spending time with my beautiful daughter, family and friends, working out, traveling, volunteering, dancing, laughing, and believe in having a healthy mind, body and spirit. I am passionate about inspiring others, educating, building trusting-infinite relationships, and assisting families with their real estate and wealth building needs, being a servant by helping people cultivate healthy relationships with themselves and others. It serves me great pleasure in being a vessel of healing, joy, peace, and self-love. As a Florida resident, I am well connected and actively involved in the community. My contacts and life-long residency leveraged with enthusiasm and compassion, enhanced my dedication, integrity, commitment, loyalty and knowledge to the communities I serve. For as long as I can remember, I’ve always wanted everyone around me to do well and live happily ever after. Health is wealth, so laugh more, take care of yourself, and know that you deserve all your heart’s desires. I am a believer in all great things, listener, motivator, lover and servant. Put God first and never forget His promises for YOU!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Anything worth having comes with obstacles and setbacks. At one time, I didn’t feel worthy of the things I was believing for and working endlessly to achieve. The lack of resources and wanting it now, played a major part in how I felt. I wanted to give up but ultimately I was searching for the easy way out. My daughter has been my saving grace!
We’ve been impressed with Uniquely Crowned Enterprises LLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I’m most proud of community and being a reminder that no one has to journey through life alone. Taking breaks is essential. Going to therapy is self-care. Think and speak positively over your life and those around you. We thrive off of love, support, and unity. I host an annual Purpose and Prayer brunch and health and wellness events throughout the year. I look forward to an astonishing 2025!
What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
Living in Orlando gives me the opportunity to build genuine relationships on multiple levels, drive to nearby beaches, volunteer in the community, go to the theme parks, and visit small towns for their festivals and good food. With so many people living in, relocating to and visiting Orlando, traffic is always congested on I4 and 408. Orlando lacks affordable housing for families, and there aren’t many options for public transportation.
