Hi Dr. Veronica Y., we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I always knew that I wanted to become a business owner. Even as a child, I developed business pursuits and sold refreshing beverages to neighbors in my community. Of course, as a child, school was very important, and my parents taught me it was the key to success.
Fast forward to today, I have earned a Ph.D. and more than 30 years as a Mental Health entrepreneur.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Business ownership has many pitfalls, obstacles and challenges. Staying financially afloat is very challenging but V. White & Associates, Inc. has managed to always keep the doors open for our clients. Our generated revenues are recycled back into the business, and this reduces need for institutional funding.

Our for-profit Mental Health Private Practice enjoys relationships with diverse client populations seeking therapeutic services and supportive solutions to their needs. Women, children, couples, families and first responders are a few examples of our clients. We have also worked contractually with insurance companies, attorneys, social service agencies, business and governmental communities.
