I am Fabiana Márquez, a young Venezuelan woman who, at the age of 23, decided to emigrate to the United States with a clear dream: to build a life filled with purpose and opportunities. With courage and determination, I left my homeland to start from scratch in an unfamiliar country, facing challenges with a positive and resilient attitude.
After exploring various opportunities and roles, I focused on the insurance industry. It is no coincidence that I found in this field a way to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives by helping families and communities understand the importance of financial protection and how to better manage their resources to ensure their well-being.
Today, my success is the result of my passion for serving and educating others. More than a job, my work has become a mission to offer peace of mind and security to those who trust me, building relationships based on trust and empathy.
My story not only reflects the achievement of my personal goals but also the positive impact that a determined individual can have in transforming lives while pursuing their dreams.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Throughout my career and process as a person, I have experienced great work challenges, such as many times not reaching the number of clients that I set for myself, but with a lot of perseverance and work ethic, I find the way to reinvent myself until I achieve it.

As a professional insurance agent, I lead a solid business with dedication and experience, backed by a broad portfolio of satisfied clients. My focus is on providing personalized solutions that protect what is most important to each person: their assets, health, and peace of mind. What sets me apart is my genuine commitment to each client, offering a close, accessible, and trust-based service. More than selling policies, my mission is to build long-lasting relationships and ensure that each client has the support they need to face any unforeseen event with confidence.
What were you like growing up?
From an early age, I was a girl who combined the grace of ballet with an entrepreneurial mind. My days were filled with dance rehearsals, where each pirouette reflected my passion and discipline while also showing an innate interest in business.
My vibrant and fun personality made me stand out among my peers, always bringing joy and enthusiasm to every project I undertook. However, behind that joviality, there was an unwavering work ethic. I strived to balance my studies, dance, and my business initiatives, demonstrating maturity and determination.
This unique combination of artistic creativity and entrepreneurial spirit allowed me to develop valuable skills, such as discipline, resilience, and leadership ability. Today, those experiences from my childhood are the solid foundation on which I have built my professional career, merging my love for art with a strategic and entrepreneurial mind.
