Today we’d like to introduce you to Fallon Silvola.
Hi Fallon, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My husband, Erik, and I both worked for Tampa Bay Club Sport when we lived in St. Petersburg, FL. Tampa Bay Club Sport was approached about purchasing Orlando Sport and Social Club, taking over day-to-day operations, and rebranding as Orlando Club Sport.
Erik and I were asked if overseeing Orlando Club Sport would be something of interest to us, and we absolutely couldn’t pass up the opportunity! We packed our belongings and pets (dog and two cats) and moved to Orlando in March of 2021.
It has been a whirlwind so far, but we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Orlando Club Sport has given us the opportunity to grow, both personally and professionally, while also being involved in our new community.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
There have definitely been struggles along the way, but with any huge life changes, that is to be expected. Adjusting to a new city, new job, and new community, especially during these strange times, hasn’t always been easy.
I know we are not alone when I say we have had issues with finding enough staff. We are so lucky to have the amazing staff that we have, and we could NOT do this without them! We are always looking to add to our team – so if you’re interested, let us know!
Overall, it has been a huge (and rewarding) learning experience that Erik and I get to navigate together.

Orlando Club Sport is Orlando’s largest organizer of adult sports leagues, social events, and more. We offer Flag Football (coed and men’s), Kickball (coed), Sand Volleyball (coed), Soccer (coed), and Softball (coed) in the Greater Orlando area. We also hold social events, such as Pub Crawls, Player’s Parties, etc.
Our leagues and events are a great way to stay active and meet new people in your area! You can sign up a team, or as an individual and we will try to place you on a team! Many people meet lifelong friends through social sports, and some even meet their future husbands/wives! Our main goal is for our players to have FUN while giving them an outlet to enjoy themselves outside of work (and hopefully relieve some stress).
We are looking to add more offerings and sports to our list and are always open to suggestions! Club Sport has clubs in Tampa Bay, Sarasota, Miami/Ft. Lauderdale, Pensacola, and now – ORLANDO! We are so excited to be in the City Beautiful and hope to see you at our leagues and/or events soon.
Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
My best advice for networking is to remember that you never know who someone knows. It is all about the personal connections you make, and the world is smaller than you think! Always be kind, and understand that you are always representing yourself and your brand. Most importantly – put yourself out there, be yourself, and don’t take life too seriously.
