Today we’d like to introduce you to Jazmin Vazquez-Rolon.
Hi Jazmin, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstories.
Born and raised in Puerto Rico; I am the youngest of four sisters, who have unfortunately all passed away at young ages. Since then, I have been the last hope of pride for amazing parents who deserved all the good in the world after suffering such great losses. I dedicated myself to studying and making them as proud and happy as I could!
In just 3 years, I was able to achieve my bachelor’s degree in Commercial Advertising at the University of Puerto Rico. By the age of 23, I decided to move to Florida looking for different opportunities to raise my daughter; without having the slightest idea of how arduous the road was going to be. Once I arrived, I had the opportunity to develop and use my marketing knowledge in a law office located in Orlando, Florida.
Inexplicably my career as a legal assistant began; I worked with 2 different law firms where I specialized in the loan modification, bankruptcy, and foreclosure departments for almost 10 years, during those years was when I was introduced to the “Title World.”
After working with two different major title companies, I never imagined that I would fall so in love with this career, I gained the experience and was able to observe and understand what was needed to expand and improve our services. This is when the struggle began within me, as I did not have the opportunity to continue growing as a title agent or developing our service in the best way for our clients. I began to feel apprehensive and unmotivated.
My recommendations, ideas, and procedures were never taken into consideration. It was at that moment when I realized that fulfilling my dream of managing my own title company in my Simply own way was totally necessary! Then on October 1, 2019, my dream finally became a reality and Simply Title opened its doors. As of today, we have closed over 2,500 transactions and have managed to build relationships with more than 750 real estate professionals, such as real estate agents, real estate brokers, mortgage lenders, mortgage brokers, and among so many other professionals in the industry.
We currently have three offices; Kissimmee, Longwood, and Orlando. Our goal is to continue to grow and extend our excellent service to all areas of Florida. Simply Title, LLC is built on perfection.
