Today we’d like to introduce you to Jeanna Darino.
Jeanna, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I’ve spent the last 15 years working in healthcare and tech, which taught me a lot about problem-solving and building systems that make people’s lives easier. I’m an Orlando native and grew up here, so creating something that serves my community has always been important to me. The idea for Go Soirée was sparked when I tried to plan my daughter’s first birthday. I became so overwhelmed juggling vendors and coordinating details that I didn’t even end up having the celebration I had imagined.
That experience led me to think there had to be a better way to make this easier for families like mine. What started as a personal frustration became a mission: to make planning celebrations simpler, more joyful, and less stressful.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, and I don’t think it ever is when you’re building something meaningful from the ground up. One of the biggest challenges was turning an idea into an actual product—learning the technical side, making countless decisions without a blueprint, and trusting my instincts along the way.
Building a two-sided marketplace came with its own learning curve. Balancing the needs of both customers and vendors, earning trust on both sides, and making sure the platform truly serves everyone took time, testing, and a lot of listening. There were moments when progress felt slow, but those moments ultimately helped shape a stronger product.
Another challenge was doing this while juggling real life. Building a business requires consistency and patience, and learning how to grow Go Soirée while managing family responsibilities forced me to become incredibly intentional with my time and priorities.
Despite the challenges, each obstacle helped clarify the mission. The struggles reinforced why Go Soirée matters—to simplify something that’s unnecessarily complicated and to support local businesses in a meaningful way. Looking back, the difficult moments weren’t setbacks; they were lessons that helped build a more thoughtful and resilient platform.
We’ve been impressed with Go Soiree Inc., but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Go Soirée is an all-in-one party booking platform designed to simplify party planning from start to finish. Customers can discover, compare, and book local vendors, from rentals and décor to entertainment and catering, all in one app. Our goal is to take the stress out of planning so people can focus on celebrating and actually enjoy the process.
What sets Go Soirée apart is the convenience and transparency we bring to an industry that’s traditionally fragmented. Everything happens in one place. Customers can securely pay through the app without worrying about sending multiple deposits, and after booking, they can chat directly with vendors to coordinate details and ask questions. This makes the planning process smoother for everyone involved.
We also specialize in supporting local businesses. Go Soirée isn’t just a marketplace. It’s a community-driven platform built to highlight and elevate small, independent vendors. We’re intentional about who we bring onto the platform, focusing on quality, reliability, and strong local relationships. We are currently available in Orlando, connecting customers with local vendors across the city, and we’re expanding to more areas throughout 2026.
Go Soirée offers a wide range of services, from bounce houses and balloon décor to baristas and photobooths, making it easy to create memorable celebrations for any occasion.
Brand-wise, I’m most proud of how approachable and trustworthy Go Soirée feels. From the design to the messaging, we’ve worked hard to create something that feels modern, friendly, and easy to use, especially for busy families and hosts who don’t have time for complicated planning tools.
What I want readers to know is that Go Soirée was built with real people in mind. It’s not about over-the-top events or unnecessary extras. It’s about making celebrations easier, more organized, and more enjoyable while keeping local businesses at the center. Whether it’s a birthday party, baby shower, or special milestone, Go Soirée helps bring those moments together with confidence, ease, and a personal touch. The app is available for download on the App Store and Google Play, so Orlando families can start planning their next celebration today.
We love surprises, fun facts and unexpected stories. Is there something you can share that might surprise us?
Most people assume I’m naturally very outgoing because of the brand and the industry, but I’m actually pretty introverted. A lot of my best ideas come from observing, listening, and thinking through how things can be done better behind the scenes. Building Go Soirée has pushed me outside my comfort zone in the best way
