Kassandra, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Bouncy Kangaroo Party Rental started in May 28 2021 as a side hustle.
I quit my job after having a daughter during a Covid and was a stay-at-home mom.
Our savings account stopped growing since I wasn’t working and instead, we would need to borrow sometimes.
I told my husband I wanted to invest the money we had in savings, that is when we bought 4 used inflatables to start our side hustle.
We saw how we grew in two months, and bought our first brand new inflatable. We registered our business and bought our business insurance as well.
Eventually, we sold those 4 used ones and have 13 units in total, tables, chairs, and concessions to rent.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There has been struggles along the way of course.
My husband works Monday – Friday as a truck driver and by the end of the week he is tired yet he still wakes up on the weekends to deliver and set up to the pick up as well.
Also, our children and I had the flu and my husband had to deliver on his own with no help.
But these struggles are part of being a business owner.

Bouncy Kangaroo Party Rental has grown in the last year! We are so thankful for our customers, friends, family, and church who has used us or referred us.
We provide service in East Orlando, Oviedo, Wedge field, Winter-Spring, and surrounding areas.
There is plenty to choose from bounce houses, bounce houses with slides, and waterslides, wet or dry. We also have tables, chairs, and concessions such as popcorn, cotton candy, and snow cone.
We are known for our customer service; we try to go the extra mile for our customers. We do giveaways throughout the months in appreciation to our customers! We also try to give back to the community, volunteering for food pantry or other events.
Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
In 5-10 years, we hope our business keeps growing!
