Hi Katrina, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Our Founder and CEO – Katrina Tecxidor – started out in marketing over a decade ago. After graduating from UCF in 2018 Katrina worked in sales and marketing for different businesses in-house.
Marketing agencies that she worked for did not have the total solution for small business owners. Social media was something that most companies and agencies she worked with struggled in.
She took it upon herself to learn social media inside and out and applied those principles at the businesses she worked with.
How Did COSMarketing Agency get started?
After several years of working for other people, and seeing how their marketing services could do more, it was clear to Katrina that it made sense to have her own agency and the rest is history!

What were you like growing up?
Growing up in Queens, NY I was severly bullied. I struggled to make friends. When social media became a thing it helped me break out of my shell and meet lots of new people like me. Growing up (and also now) I have developed a HUGE love of comicbooks, geek culture, sci-fi, superheroes, etc. I am a big part of the cosplay and comic con scene and go to several cosplay conventions each year. It’s my interests that help fuel my creativity with my work now, especially with social media content and design in general.
