Hi Kristian, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I have a background in dentistry and was helping develop dental offices and processes for 10+ years. And the mist of that I had created a manufacturing and distribution company for medical uniforms jackets and lab coats. My company started doing very well and I decided with my best friend to create another business, and we decided to come up with a Spa tailored and design for men. Now I am co-owner and that business and manage all operations. I have built a business from scratch. Now I am full-time in business for myself.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
For the most part, it has been a smooth road, but of course there is some hard times and struggles along the way. But it’s just about how you manage those obstacles and also be more focused on executing the tasks then it being a stressful process

Modern Healthcare Scrubs is a company I created for businesses to purchase Scrubs and bulk and what set us apart with that business is we offer customization features and all-inclusive pricing for the business to save money but also have Scrubs tailored and designed for their business.
Men’s Luxury Spa is a day Spa designed and tailored for men. We also have various services like massage, massages, facials, manicure, and Pedicure, as well as an amenity center with a Jacuzzi, a Cold Plunge, a steam room, and also an infrared sauna. We also offer men’s optimization services like peptides, IV therapy, testosterone, testing, and therapy as well as red light therapy.
What are your plans for the future?
For my future, I am planning on just now creating a good balance and maximizing. My businesses becoming very intentional.
