Today we’d like to introduce you to Nequosha Anderson. Them and their team share their story with us below:
Nequosha Anderson is a Florida licensed business and intellectual property attorney. She began in the world of entrepreneurship at the age of 13 when both of her parents created their respective businesses and like most family businesses, you had no choice but to shut up and work! And work is exactly what she did, while in high school she was managing teams, administrative paperwork, and more while her father’s trucking business took off! While working for the local government and staying up and assisting truckers at night she would graduate from the University of Central Florida within 2 years of attending.
Nequosha upon graduating from UCF would then apply for the LSAT multiple times and then finally secured entry into Florida Coastal School of Law, “FSCL”. While attending FCSL, she utilized the skills such as leveraging relationships and business administration to secure an internship with the local judiciary. After attending law school she went back to her public interest roots to serve in Central Florida and then subsequently left to serve small business owners with their business and intellectual property needs.
Currently, Nequosha assists primarily entrepreneurs creatives who want to legally protect their income-producing ideas. She safeguards businesses and brand assets to ensure their intellectual property is secure and not stolen allowing the business owner to creatively operate in their genius and not be robbed of what’s rightfully theirs. She serves clients in this space throughout the United States.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
HECK NO! Less than 5% of the Attorneys in the United States are African American/Black identifying. This means that on average majority of African American people here in the United States will rarely encounter an attorney that looks like them. I made it my mission to ensure that people of color have a pleasant and knowledgeable experience when they encounter me. My goal is to make sure you understand your rights fully in a normal language and not legalese.

Anderson Law Firm is a professional limited liability company that services entrepreneurs in business law, intellectual property law, and business consulting. We are most proud of knowing that our clients will be seen, supported, and empowered in their business endeavors. We want to make sure that people are protected and follow our signature framework of creating, protecting THEN and ONLY THEN can they share their goods or services with the world.
Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
