Today we’d like to introduce you to Patrick Lamour.
Hi Patrick, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Helping Hands Financial Group or HHFG as we like to call it for a shorter/friendly way to say it, started with two very close friends more like brothers for over 15 years. The goal, drive, motivation and vision was to build a brand that the community can count on for their financial needs/decision and guidance, we believed in educating the community because we understand the lack of financial knowledge that’s a round us. We started out back in March 2021 with our Rosemont office which is in the most friendly/welcoming building (The Rosemont Building) where everybody is welcomed. we have been in communication about starting the brand for over four years, we made all the plans and created a huge vision board of what we want to represent for the community and today we made it happened. we are not here to only serve the community but also educate them, our biggest goal is provide transparency and quality.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
We cannot honestly say it’s been only a smooth road to success being that we wanted to be close to perfect when it comes to our vision, we ran over some bumps as far as looking for the perfect location, a friendly environment that welcomes all. Our office and staff are very welcoming and hands on with a smile as always.
We’ve been impressed with Helping Hands Financial Group, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We are here to serve but mainly educate everyone about their financial decisions. Our goal is to be the biggest financial firm that’s ready to serve and be there to make everyone feels as important as they are to us, always building a perfect reputation to the community. We are known mostly for our transparency, quality and friendliness. What mainly set us apart from others is that we are in our community’s best interest at all time. We are most proud of us always giving back to the community in so many ways: feed the homeless, give to non-profit organizations in the area. I want anyone that reads our story to know that we are here for you, you can always reach out to us at any time. We are here always on your side. We offer the following services: Tax Preparation, Real Estate, Insurance, Credit Repair and Public Notary.
What was your favorite childhood memory?
One of my favorite childhood memory is receiving free gifts for Christmas from the community center and for that reason, I will always give back knowing the joy it puts in my heart.
