Today we’d like to introduce you to Raymond Minter.  

Hi Raymond, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
My business partner and I started an automotive reconditioning company back in 2009. We serve rental car companies cleaning and reconditioning cars, trucks, and buses (cosmetic). We started in the Daytona area and grew throughout Central Florida, then eventually to the space coast, followed by south FL. 

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It’s never been exactly smooth, but after experiencing the Covid era, any hard times we thought we would’ve experienced were no match. Of course, like most other small businesses, we took a big loss with the travel industry being impacted so much. During this downturn, we decided to work hard on perfecting a couple of projects we formulated ourselves. Another challenge, I’d say, has to be finding great employees. This is something that has become even more difficult for small businesses during the Covid era. 

As you know, we’re big fans of White Glove Automotive Reconditioning, LLC. For our readers who might not be as familiar, what can you tell them about the brand?
At White Glove Automotive, we pride ourselves on meticulously reconditioning/interior detailing. As a mobile company, this allows us to meet our customers at their doorstep. Now with WGproductline.com, our customers are able to use the same products we use to achieve the same amazing results. Our most popular service by far has been interior sanitizing/detailing. The very thing that sets us apart from other detail companies is we’ve sanitized cars since our Inception in 2009. This isn’t us following a post-covid trend or fad. This is a service we have offered since day 1. Which has really allowed us to become pioneers in this realm.

I’d say Alex and I would have to thank God first. Our families have been amazing throughout our entire journey. We’re very grateful for the support we’ve received from all our customers, from the big corporations to our retail customers over the last 13 years.
