Today we’d like to introduce you to Robert & Stephanie Williams.

Hi Robert & Stephanie, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Florida is our home – and that’s why we focus on real estate where we live.

We believe in helping people and communities throughout the Central & South Florida areas. We care about the welfare and well-being of every seller who comes to us with a difficult real estate situation. And we have experience in construction as well, which means we have the kind of expertise that no traditional real estate agent or ordinary property buyer can bring to the table.

We’re a family-owned business and focus on helping homeowners find solutions for their problems. Whether they are going through a foreclosure, can’t sell their property, or just need to sell their house for all kinds of reasons – we can help! We are confident in our abilities to help sell a house fast for our clients, but even more importantly we are confident in ourselves because of who we are and what we stand for.

Stephanie Singleton-Williams

Stephanie attended Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Florida where she majored in Biology/Pre-Medicine. After a stint in chiropractic school, she was inspired to start a home health agency that she ran for over a decade. She partnered with two friends to form an all-female investment group over the years and later partnered with her spouse to form Trio Property Buyers, Inc.

Stephanie handles Dispositions and Social Media Management for Trio Property Buyers, Inc. In Stephanie’s spare time she loves traveling around the world, nature, and wildlife (she’s still a science nerd at heart!).

Robert Williams

Robert attended Morris Brown University in Atlanta, Georgia where he majored in Business and Finance. Robert has previous experience in real estate, working with his grandfather and uncle providing property management and property rehabilitation services. He later owned and operated a transportation company throughout the southeastern region.

When he’s not crunching the numbers and handling Acquisitions and Marketing for Trio Property Buyers, Inc., you can find him in the kitchen where he likes to pretend, he’s a contestant on Top Chef! He also loves nature and his past times include fishing and boating as well.

We are a husband and wife team who are more than just house buyers in Central & South Florida. We’re parents, children, siblings, caregivers, homeowners, dreamers, and a whole lot more! As members of the community, we truly care about the people around us and helping our fellow homeowners find the best possible solutions so they can sell their homes fast and with zero stress.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
In the beginning, it’s always the learning curve! We spent many nights and weekends, learning and implementing many real estate investment strategies. Over the past decade, it has not been a smooth road. We have encountered every obstacle along the way.

Losing money on group investments, dealing with bad tenants, and cutting ties with shady contractors. Overall, we fail forward and have experienced much success.

We’ve been impressed with Trio Property Buyers, Inc, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We are real estate investors, we buy, sell, and rent real estate. When we started this company, it became our mission to treat our customers and tenants with respect, honesty, integrity, and transparency. And when we leave the office at the end of each workday, we find satisfaction in knowing that we live by our morals and our drive to help others.

We firmly believe that a person in distress needs someone that can help, not someone that will take advantage of the situation. Homeowners, who we buy properties from can count on us to be there and provide solutions in their time of need. We are on their side and we will do our best to be the solution to our client’s real estate hardships.

In the Spring of 2022, we are launching a real estate academy called flipping inside out academy. Where we will be teaching others how to become real estate investors. covering the wholesaling process, fix and flip process, how to obtain funding and short-term and long-term rental strategies.
