My journey began with a strong foundation in both education and hands-on experience. I earned an MBA in Finance, which gave me a solid understanding of business strategy and financial management. But it was my passion for problem-solving and energy efficiency that led me to the world of electrical contracting.
After working in various roles within the industry, I saw a significant gap in the market — a need for reliable, energy-efficient solutions delivered with professionalism and integrity. That’s when I founded Delta Pro Services. Our mission has always been to provide top-quality electrical services with a focus on energy efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Starting Delta Pro Services wasn’t without its challenges. Balancing the technical demands of electrical work with the complexities of running a business required resilience and constant learning. I participated in mentorship programs like Warrior Rising and the Lockheed Martin VIP Start Program, which helped me refine my skills, build connections, and expand our business footprint.

It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Like many entrepreneurs, I’ve faced my share of challenges. One of the earliest hurdles was balancing the technical side of electrical contracting with the business side. Managing cash flow, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and building a reliable team were all steep learning curves.
One of the most significant struggles was navigating government contracting. Competing for federal projects meant understanding complex bidding processes, meeting strict compliance requirements, and often facing fierce competition. But these challenges also became my greatest teachers. Programs like Warrior Rising and the Lockheed Martin VIP Start Program were crucial in helping me develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in this space.
There were also personal challenges. Balancing family responsibilities with the demands of a growing business wasn’t easy. At one point, I was caring for elderly parents while raising four young children, all while managing a rapidly expanding company. It tested my resilience, but it also deepened my determination.
Ultimately, each obstacle became a stepping stone. They forced me to build better systems, find creative solutions, and stay true to my core values — integrity, excellence, and customer focus. Looking back, I’m grateful for every challenge because they shaped the leader I am today.

What was your favorite childhood memory?
One of my favorite childhood memories takes me back to the hay farm, working alongside my uncle. I can still picture the endless fields of green, the sun beating down, and the rhythmic hum of the tractors. It was tough work — long hours spent stacking bales of hay, feeding livestock, and fixing equipment when it broke down. But to me, it was more than just farm labor; it was an experience that taught me discipline, resilience, and the value of hard work.
My uncle was a natural businessman with a strong work ethic. He didn’t just teach me how to drive a tractor or stack hay bales; he taught me the importance of doing things right the first time, respecting the land, and treating people fairly. He believed that if you gave your best, good things would follow. Those lessons have stayed with me throughout my life and have been the foundation of how I run Delta Pro Services today.
Looking back, those days on the farm weren’t just about the work — they were about family, community, and learning the values that would shape my future. It’s amazing how those simple, rugged days on the hay farm turned out to be some of the most meaningful lessons of my life.
