Today we’d like to introduce you to Victoria Sucko.
Hi Victoria, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I began my professional career in 2012 when I joined Casarella, a construction company in Argentina founded by my father and recognized as one of the leading companies specializing in Steel Frame residential construction in the country. From the beginning, I was actively involved in the technical, commercial, and strategic development of residential projects, focusing on industrialized construction and light-gauge steel structural systems.
My professional growth took place within an environment of continuous innovation, where Steel Frame was not considered a traditional system, but rather a modern and efficient alternative that required technical expertise, regulatory adaptation, and market education. Over the years, I contributed to consolidating this construction method as a precise, durable, and sustainable housing solution.
In 2018, Casarella decided to incorporate Tiny Homes on wheels into its product line, becoming one of the first companies in Argentina to professionally design and build this type of compact and mobile housing solution. At that time, the concept of Tiny Homes was not formally developed in the Argentine market. I assumed an active role in the technical development, design optimization, and commercial positioning of this new product line, helping establish it as a strategic division within the company.
In 2022, I expanded my professional activities to the United States by establishing operations in Florida under the brand Casarella Tiny, based in Kissimmee. The objective was to bring our experience in industrialized construction and compact housing solutions to the U.S. market, adapting our systems to American regulatory standards and structural requirements.
Currently, we develop in Florida:
• Certified Tiny Homes and Park Models on wheels, compliant with applicable U.S. regulatory standards.
• On-site residential homes built on slab foundations using the Steel Frame system.
• Custom residential projects offering an integrated approach that includes design, engineering, fabrication, and construction.
Our key differentiator is the integration of Steel Frame as the primary structural system, providing higher precision, durability, structural resistance, and efficiency in execution timelines—particularly relevant in a state like Florida, where regulatory and climatic demands are significant.
Today, my work focuses on advancing modern, technically sound housing solutions that combine international experience with local development, contributing to innovation in the residential sector through industrialized construction systems and certified compact housing models.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No entrepreneurial journey is ever entirely easy, and mine has been no exception. I began working in the construction industry at a very young age, joining a well-established family company where I had to build experience and credibility day by day. My professional development was hands-on and progressive, allowing me to participate in all stages of the construction process and across multiple areas of the company — from technical and operational management to commercial and strategic development.
One of the most significant challenges was growing professionally in an industry that has historically been male-dominated. Construction is a demanding, highly technical, and traditionally structured sector, and as a young woman, I consistently had to demonstrate my knowledge, capability, and leadership. That experience, however, strengthened my professional character and reinforced my determination.
The challenge became even greater when I decided to expand operations to the United States. This was not simply about continuing a business abroad; it required adapting the model to an entirely different country, language, business culture, customer profile, and regulatory framework. The process involved gaining a deep understanding of Florida’s construction environment, obtaining the appropriate licenses, studying local building codes, and aligning our systems with U.S. standards.
To operate successfully in this market, I completed multiple trainings and courses that allowed me to fully understand the local construction industry and regulatory structure. While U.S. building standards are rigorous, they also ensure a higher level of safety, quality, and structural performance. Rather than viewing these requirements as obstacles, I embraced them as an opportunity to deliver a stronger, certified, and more reliable product to our clients.
Although the journey involved significant cultural, linguistic, technical, and regulatory challenges, each stage has been fundamental in strengthening my professional expertise and building a company that now operates under international standards of quality and compliance.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Casarella Tiny is a Florida-based company specializing in the development and construction of housing solutions using the Steel Frame system. We focus on certified Tiny Homes and Park Models built on wheels, as well as on-site residential homes constructed on slab foundations, offering a fully integrated service that includes design, engineering, fabrication, and construction.
Our main differentiator is the integration of Steel Frame as the primary structural system, allowing us to deliver greater precision, durability, structural resistance, and efficiency in construction timelines. In a state like Florida, where regulatory and climatic demands are significant, working with engineered and industrialized systems represents a substantial advantage in terms of safety and long-term performance.
We combine international experience with full adaptation to the U.S. market. Our projects are developed in compliance with strict regulatory standards, ensuring that every unit meets high levels of structural integrity, quality, and reliability. Beyond construction, we provide a comprehensive approach that supports clients from the initial concept and design phase through final delivery.
Casarella Tiny is not simply a company that builds houses; it is a company committed to structurally responsible construction, certified processes, and solutions adapted to the highest standards of the United States market.
Are there any apps, books, podcasts, blogs or other resources you think our readers should check out?
I rely heavily on technology to optimize my daily work. I use AI-based applications to organize information and improve productivity, as well as task management tools to coordinate my team and track project progress.
On the technical side, I work with programs such as AutoCAD and SketchUp for design and visualization, along with structural verification tools to analyze solutions before execution. I also regularly consult online building code and regulatory platforms to ensure that every project complies with current Florida and U.S. standards.
I believe that the combination of technology, organization, and continuous learning is essential to maintaining efficiency and delivering high-quality results in every development.
